Jesus Christ is our Hero, our Victor, our Rescuer, our Redeemer, our Savior, and our Champion. In and through Him lies the victory in our lives. Romans 8:29-30 (NIV) says, For those God foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those He predestined, He also called; those He called, He also justified; those He justified, He also glorified. As you become more Christ-like, you live the victorious Christian life. The victorious Christian life is Living in the Victory of the finished work achieved by Jesus Christ on the cross at Calvary. Living for Christ is living the life He died to give you. The ultimate goal and purpose of your life is to conform to the image of Jesus Christ (Romans 8:29) and glorify God through good works in your daily life (Ephesians 2:8-10). As you live for Christ, you become more Christ-like! As you become more Christ-like, you become a Champion of Christ! As a Champion of Christ, you glorify God. When you glorify God, you are LIVING THE VICTORY!
Jesus said “I am THE way, THE truth, and THE life” (see John 14:6). Jesus Christ is the ONLY WAY to know God and to receive your salvation.
